The price seems quite high as an overall product which really drove my reception of this product - I understand that if you divide by count then its less than a cup of coffee but you pay upfront and there are cheaper alternatives. The flavor of this is honestly fine to great. Yerba Mate is similar to tea in that they are both herb blends with similar preparations for tea. With this in mind - the flavor is above average in regards to the type of drink. This is not flavored water - this is a natural herbal blend that has personal benefits. To simplify it - it tastes like a peach mango tea with a strong emphasis on that "tea" flavor. You cannot expect this to taste like a flavored water or soda - that is not how this works and other reviews seem to miss what this product is. Additionally, due to the nature of the product you need to absolutely stir this again and again. The product needs to dissolve entirely in the water and is a little resistant to do so. This is COMMON with products of this nature as well as BCAAs and creatine, you just need to hand blend, shake, or stir a lot. Its a powder, it needs to dissolve in the water. I would say I did not experience the chalky taste that other reviews mention from better dissolving process OR they are misunderstanding the nature of this product and what Yerba Mate tastes like (that tea-ish flavor). I cannot speak much to the health benefits or energy level that I received from this particular product as I feel I have not tried ONLY this product enough to decide. But it should be noted that Yerba Mate and natural sourced caffeine work differently in your body than a standard energy drink and allows a much more natural, base level of energy rather than a high increase based on sugar and taureine. It it better for your body but switching can feel as though it is not as effective - this is not neccessarily true its just similar to the difference between having chocolate or an apple for sugar. Your body processes these differently and reacts accordingly. I brought my review all the way up to 4 as I feel the reviews don't understand the product they are reviewing and some didn't even try the product - How is that representative of this product? It is well desigined and packaged individually for personal use on the go or even giftable options like baskets. Personally I cannot justify the cost for this hence my "low" review but for those of you ACTUALLY looking for healthy alternatives to energy with nootropics then this is a good option as any.

Before I get into the review, I want to restate some of the things I put in another review for this company's product. I feel like I kind of have to, because I want to be able to justify why I liked this enough to give it four stars despite giving the other one three. Much of my concerns centered around the lack of information about the company or its growing or production process. The company website focused almost solely on testimonials, which are nice, but I also like being able to know more general information about the company. There is a lot of competition out there and having company and production info does give an edge. There were some other things that were brought up, but they don't really pertain to this as otherwise everything seems to match up on the package and listing.Now. The review. The main things I was looking for were whether or not this seemed to make a difference in how I felt and whether or not it tastes good. Taste-wise, this is really delicious. There's a bit of an artificial sugar aftertaste, but I'm admittedly kind of used to that. My boyfriend has diabetes so that flavor just comes with the territory. People who aren't used to it might take some adjustment, but I don't think it's bad. The drink is pretty sweet, so I do see another user's point in that this probably didn't need stevia and cane sugar - or at least in the amounts in the drink. They aren't large amounts, but as I've gotten older I've come to like less sweet things more than more sweet when it comes to drinks. The flavors of peach and mango are pronounced and are delightful. You do have an earthy undertone, but honestly, I've kind of come to enjoy that in general when it comes to things containing lion's mane. It's not an overwhelming flavor so I don't think it will bother anyone and honestly, this would be a good flavor to start new drinkers on since it's so mild.As for whether or not it works. It does. Like another user said, I could feel the probiotic aspect working pretty quickly. So my advice on that end is that unless you're used to this stuff, stay near a bathroom after drinking this. This is absolutely a positive thing and I think I'm going to save these for when I'm feeling a bit extra bloated and lethargic. I have a dairy allergy so getting probiotics in to help regulate can be kind of difficult. On that note, I want to specify that while the probiotic this company uses is lactosebacillus, this should not trigger any dairy allergies as this isn't what would trigger an allergic reaction as best I can tell. Still, if you are very allergic I would recommend trying this in moderation just to be on the safe side.Honestly, I really like this and while I do wish the company had more non-testimonial information on there, these are actually really good and I could see myself getting this with my own money in the future when it becomes available.

This helps my brain the function optimally literally minutes after I take it. I'd also helps with feeling full longer, and I can go six hours to eight hours without eating after having this after a meal.
