Sawyer Squeeze Water Filtration System, Cnoc Premium 2 Liter Bladder, Clear

I love that Sawyer is selling their filters with Cnoc bags now. Cnoc bags are much more convenient and easier to fill than the old rolled up bags Sawyer provided. Cnoc bags open from the end and fill much quicker than trying to funnel water into the small opening. The filter has always worked great and is compact, so it does not take up much room. The weight is not bad and is worth its filtering ability. The only thing I would like to see is Sawyer selling the filter by itself. The bag was nice but not needed.

Used this to filter some delicious water in Montana! The sawyer squeeze with bladder bag is very durable and holds a lot of water but stills packs down small enough for easy transport. The filtered water tastes great and has all the bad stuff removed. It was also compatible with a number of water bottles including smart water

Works great. Only draw back is it’s pretty slow process but overall a great piece of gear. Very secure, felt fine leaving full in my pack.

Sawyer never lets down, and this setup is no exception. It’s super easy to use, whether you’re squeezing, gravity filtering, or filling up a bottle. I used this with my Sawyer filtration system while traveling in the Amazon rainforest, and it was honestly one of the most useful things we brought with us. The bladder made it much easier to collect and filter a larger amount of water at once, and paired with the Sawyer system, it gave me a lot of confidence when we were somewhere I absolutely did not want to take chances with drinking water. My only real complaint is that the setup can be a little annoying. You have to fill it, hang or position it properly (we had a hiking clip to hang it from a shower towel hook) and wait for the water to filter. We would also squeeze the bladder to speed things up, although we were sometimes a little nervous about putting too much pressure on it because breaking it while we were in the middle of the jungle would obviously not have been ideal. Next time I will also get the one that goes over a bottle for ease too. For other travelers, I would recommend bringing a separate larger water storage bag so you can filter a bigger batch at once and have water ready for later, rather than repeating the process multiple times throughout the day. Just make sure you follow appropriate guidance for storing filtered water. What I can say is that while we were using this system, it worked extremely well for us and I felt much more comfortable with the water we were drinking.

Works, would be better if had handle to use to dip in water and if mouth stood open when trying to fill. But, it worked well with sawyer filter.

Best buy in backpacking filters.

For a while now ive always been bringing water from home on my hikes but now with this amazing filter i have cut multiple kilos of wieght reliably. Ultralight hiking and camping is completely pointless without this water filter. Highly recommend.

Worked great for our backpacking trip. I find it more convenient than my friends gravity bag filter but its a bit small for sharing with 2 people. Still really like it, no issues so far.
