How is this Keto friendly when it says "It contains Soy" ?

IDK if you realize this but soy is a protein source that is very low carb. That's probably why it's keto friendly and contains soy.

Focus and performance

Tastes great and gives a really clean, steady energy boost. No crash or jitters, just solid focus and performance throughout my workout. Definitely one of the better pre-workouts I’ve tried.

Not my favorite flavor

This is a great product, but the flavor of this one is not my favorite. I much prefer the Tiki Twist flavor and will be buying that one when I run out of this. The caffeine really comes through, sometimes I use it as a preworkout when I don't need 300mg of caffeine.
