I recently picked up an 8 Pack of these 2-Layer Soundproof Wall Panels (12 x 12 x 0.43 in) in black and white, and I’m pretty happy with how they’ve turned out in my space. These soundproof foam (they appear more like felted polyester to me) panels are a solid choice for anyone looking to dampen noise while adding a decorative element to their walls. First off, the geometric designs on these panels are super attractive. The 3D acoustic patterns in black and white give my room a modern, artistic vibe that I absolutely love. They don’t just blend into the background—they’re a legit design statement. Whether you’re setting up a home studio, gaming room, or just want to cut down on echo in your living space, these panels add a sleek, professional look without being over-the-top. What really sold me, though, was how easy they were to install. The included adhesive tape works well on our walls. I was worried I’d need extra tools or a complicated setup, but nope—just peel, stick, and you’re done. I had all eight panels up in under fifteen minutes, and they’ve stayed put with no issues. The thickness feels sturdy, and the high-density foam seems to do a great job at soaking up sound. My room feels noticeably quieter. The panels are somewhat lightweight but don’t feel cheap, and the 12 x 12 size made it simple to arrange them in a pattern that worked for my space. I will say, if you’re covering a large area, you might need more than one 8-pack, but for my small setup, this was perfect. Overall, I’m really happy with these panels. They’re functional, look awesome, and were a breeze to install. If you’re after noise-dampening panels that double as wall art and don’t require a degree in DIY to put up, these are a fantastic pick.

This product is made of well made sound proofing material.It sticks perfectly and place and stays there.They have a nice design with artistic flair.They stand out and or notice when passing by.They have no foul smell and or really light in the size.I liked how took the adhesive paper off and firmly pressed in my desired spot and repeated the process. It fit perfectly in little bit of room I had to spare.

The soundproof wall panels come in packs of 8. They are a mix of design and function. The current amount per box is not enough to cover much wall area so unless you purchase multiple boxes, it may not provide the sound dampening that you were looking for. They come with a set of sticky squares to apply them to the wall. First, if you have any sort of texture on your wall, you’re going to have a hard time keeping these stuck to the wall. If you were looking for them to be a little more permanent, and not recommended for renters, they do sell sound panel spray adhesive, which I have used previously and works amazingly well. I used that to place these in the wall as more of a focal design on in an area that echos quite a bit. They definitely work and, again because of the design, look good too. So overall, they are a good choice if you are looking for style and function, you’ll just have to buy more than one box and possibly use an adhesion spray if you have textured walls.

The acoustic panels are quite attractive, and do a great job or reducing reflections in a room. I don't really consider them to be sound "proofing" panels. They should be used to change the sound of a room, and not to prevent sound from leaving the room. They will certainly block SOME sound, but their real value is in sound "treating" a room... to make the sound IN the room better and more controlled.

These 2-layer soundproof panels are a step above the thin, decorative foam you see everywhere. They’re thick and heavy enough to actually absorb sound, especially in smaller spaces like a studio or office. I installed them around my desk area and noticed a drop in echo and reverb during video calls and recordings. The black and white pattern looks modern and a bit artistic, not just functional. They come with adhesive strips, though you may want to supplement with stronger tape or Velcro if you’re placing them on textured walls. Easy to cut and position as needed. If you want practical sound dampening with a little design flair, this 8-pack is worth it.

These panels look nice and cover a 23.5 X 47" area so would work better for accenting a room rather then full wall coverage. I compared it to the foam wedges and it worked a bit better, but lost out by a wide margin to both my sound and moving blankets. These are dense built 1cm is not thick enough and since they also don't have an air gap behind them they are not as effective as real sound panels. The adhesive back is nice though. For around 3x the price of these you can get 2" fiberglass sound panels that will cover twice the space. I have an wall behind my talking head shot so will use this for a nice background I can shine colored light on instead of a bare wall. It looks much nicer than foam wedges. I will probably frame these on the wall with a grey fiberglass or rockwool panel on each side. Another use case is what my picture demonstrates. If you have random areas/objects that cause reflection, you could try placing these in front of the object.

These rock for the price. They’re not going to be the BEST panels out there but again, for the price, they’re great. Easy to install. Aesthetically cool looking. And they definitely help to dampen sound in the area you place them. If you’re not needing super pro sound treatment, and just a little help to dampen sound in a room, these are great.

I wanted these to help cut down on echoes in my office. I converted my spare bedroom at home to an office. It had a lot of echoes compared to where I had my setup before. I put in carpet and it still echoed more than I liked. I'll admit these helped more than I expected. The room is about 12ft x12ft. One pack of 12 made a noticeable difference. I could probably use another 12, but may put up more artwork instead. These seem to work well and are more decorative than a lot of others I was looking at.
