Fan is good and low noice.... Speed is awesome. Funtion light is missing, over all i will give 4 out 5. Dust collecting more than usual.

I purchased 2 Polycab ceiling fans on 2nd May 2025 from Amazon, expecting decent product quality and reliable after-sales support, but unfortunately, it has been a very frustrating experience. Within just one month, one of the fans stopped working. I initially raised a complaint via email, but received no response at all. I then called customer service and finally got a service engineer visit. He diagnosed it as a motor issue and assured us someone would come the next day to repair it. Shockingly, the same evening I received a message that the service request was closed, citing the product as 'out of warranty' – for a fan that was purchased just a month ago and clearly comes with a 3+1 year warranty. The issue was never resolved, and they closed the complaint without any follow-up. I raised another service request on 10th June 2025, and to date, no engineer has visited, nor have I received any update. Every time I call, I’m told the issue will be resolved within 48 hours, which is clearly not true. This has been a terrible customer service experience, and I’m extremely disappointed in both Polycab for their complete lack of support and Amazon for allowing such unreliable brands on their platform. Customers deserve better. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing Polycab products, especially from sellers who can’t ensure basic post-sales service.

Good product,good air delivery, sometimes a less noise noticed . After buying the fan with in 5 days fan has as stoped . And there is no movements i sented email to polycab there is no reply from there side . Finally I contacted customer care they provided a service agent and he change the unit and now it's working. I'm so happy to the customer support of polycab . Anyway the fan is excellent in the price range...
