Great product for temporary relief during gout flare ups. Lasts about 30 min to an hour before it loses it's cooling effect. I am happy with the purchase overall and it felt good to have it on.

These ice pack wraps are amazing! Instant relief! I just had my 2nd gout flare since my 1st one in 2017 and the pain is just excruciating. I bought another wrap the other day and it was hard and hurtful to the skin and joint. Ordered these yesterday and they came today. These wraps come in a set of 2 so I can swap one out for the other once it warms up on my foot and they are so soft and comfortable. They refreeze incredibly fast. Others complain it doesn’t stay cold long enough, but to me the relief and comfort far outweighs how long it stays cold. If you’re thinking about purchasing these, do it, you won’t be sorry at all. This toe wrap saved my life. A little dramatic but this wrap help to stop and soot the throbbing pain of my broken toes. It stays col for about 5-10 min. But the way it surrounds your toes it’s worth buying 2 sets to get the 15 min. Aloted ice time the doctor recommends. It’s playable and just feels good. Not clunky to elevate foot on pillows and doesn’t leak water. Highly recommend this product!
