Marsha's 4th Edition Starting An eBay Business For Dummies is very well written and easy to understand. I started my day reading some of the book, practice what I had learned on eBay, then end the night by reading some more. Since getting this book my income from eBay has started picking up. I now have more confidence in what I do with eBay. Many thanks Marsha!!

Great in-depth book, might explain why Im a big fan of the Dummies series. Very good info, I know I can count on Marsha Collier to give the best advice possible. It's just that when I take a broad view at the subject of starting a business on eBay, I'm not sure if it is for me or not. This book talks about selling various items as well as things that I am interested in like vintage items and art related things.

very helpful to a novice. I have been successfully selling on Ebay and this book gave me the information and confidence to give it a go. And actually this was very easy to read. The author got the irreverence and good information mix of the "Dummies" books down solid.

Have made a quick scan of the book and have read a couple of chapters of immediate interest. It answered all of my questions about eBay so far.I also purchased the "eBay Business All-In-One for Dummies" (the 9 books in 1 edition) at the same time. The All-In-One had basically the same information (and more) as the "Starting an eBay Business" book. If you are looking for an overall eBay book I would go with the All-In-One book.

I guess it is a little bit of my own fault since I didnt realize I am not a dummy. Too many pages wasted on super obvious things. I still feel like that is probably how most the dummies series is, and this is the first one I have tried. I felt like I really had to search for things that I wanted to know. like shipping strategies and pricing etc.

We started from the information contained in this book with important information in today's successful eBay merchants. shop. Ebay often changes their policies, practices, and expectations of sellers, so please make sure to get the latest version of this book. I really like it!

So fun to read and if I do decide to move forward, I am easily intimidated by online business so even though the book is great and makes it seem that a setup isn't as involved as I had thought. Well written and clear.

haven't started this one yet - working on eBay for Dummies first and then will move on to this ... but if it is as informative as the other book I'm good to go ! ! !
