Can this product be used for bottle fed lambs?

The label states for dogs and cats, I really don’t know if it can be used on other species. There is a phone number to Vetriscience on the label, it’s 800-882-9993. You may want to call and ask them directly. It definitely has helped my cats, I wish you all the best with your lambs!

If kept tightly closed, how long would the bacteria survive outside the fridge, as the packaging does not indicate to refrigerate after opening?

We never refrigerated it. It seemed to keep the whole time, 6 months for us. We used it to help with UTI’s for our dog and it really helped.

How many 1/8 teaspoons doses in this container?

Sorry, I stopped purchasing, It's an excellent product, much cheaper through Amazon than elsewhere. Purchased to transition rescued cats from old food to new to aid digestion. I did purchase 2x kept them on it for a couple of yrs.

Their website says it’s can only be purchased through your vet. How is this available to the public?

At one time it may have only been available through a vet. My first purchase was through my vet. I now save money by getting it through Amazon sources.
