This set of placemats was a Christmas gift. I was satisfied with the quality and look of the placemats, but only received five of the set of six that I ordered. I have attempted to communicate this with the seller but have not received any response from them.

These rectangular pine cone placemats are very nice in a lot of ways but I'm disappointed that the fabric has either been distressed or designed to have the appearance of being somewhat faded and perhaps "shabby chic." I had planned on using these placemats for a long time but because brand new they look as if they've already been through the wash cycle many times, that diminishes their value IMO. That's why I'm giving them 4 stars, and 4 stars for value for money.

Beautiful, perfect for a cabin.

OKay i debated buying these as they are spendy, but worth it. But I ordered them and I couldn't be happier. They are exactly what I wanted. Very rustic and I love the color of the fabric front and back and the pinecone designs on the front are beautiful and very well made. Now having said all this, I just received them so I have not washed them or used them yet.

It was a gift so I had it mailed direct. It came very quickly. Very nice product as I purchased after buying similar ones for myself.

I don’t normally write reviews for products, especially if I am happy with it, but I just have to say that I absolutely love these placemats. They are just as pictured in the listing. I also like that they are reversible. Now that says a lot coming from the one who my husband calls, “the placemat queen”. I have many placemats and I am very particular with what I buy. They just arrived and I haven’t washed them yet So I can’t comment on how well they will wash, but they look to be of good, high quality. Other reviews stated that they wash well and I don’t doubt that. One thing I want to mention is that there is a sewn in tag on the backside. At first I was a bit disappointed thinking I would not be able to remove it without leaving some remnants of a very visible piece of white tag, but I discovered that the stitching it was sewn in with was intended to be removed along with the tag. It is just a short piece of stitching, enough to hold the tag. I am happy to have found these and I am confident I will get many years of use out of them.
