Silverlit 88538 Robo Chameleon Design, Multi-Colour

My little one loves this, brilliant as a first remote control toy and has brought many giggles. We bought on offer so felt it was value for money too. Just beware the little disks he eats are tiny :-/

Great fun - thought it may of been to young for my 8yr old but he played with it and laughed for hours. If it’s short lived it was worth every penny for those few days!! Really sturdy, robust and cute product!!

Easy to use, children loved it. They've had a few variations of these sort of toys including far more expensive ones such as dinosaurs but this is by far the best one

Absolutely fantastic. My 4 year old loves playing with this, remote control is great, it changes colours and the eyes go round and also picks up the discs with its tongue. Excellent.

Got this for my nephew as a birthday present and he absolutely loves it. Really easy to put together an use. Love the lights which change and the tongue shoots out to catch the magnets.

Opened on my son's 4th birthday. We all enjoyed it. It responds well to the remote. You can move it forwards, forwards and left, forwards and right and backwards (sometimes having influence in which direction it reverses, but can be a tad tricky). The really fun part is when it sticks its tongue out to pick up the food. After a bit of playing the tongue got stuck in the out position. This was fixed by turning it off for a minute or so and then turning it back on again. Over the next few hours (we kept coming back to it between opening other presents), this happened 5 times. On the fifth time, we could not get the tongue to go back in, even after leaving it for over a day. The head was stuck backwards too, so the eyes no longer rolled when it moved. I have returned the item and anticipate a replacement within a week. I will follow up this review, with a report of the performance of the replacement, though I note that all negative reviews have mentioned this tongue sticking problem, so I'm hoping the manufacturers have been made aware of and resolved the problem.

my son really wanted this so when he got it played for hours easy to use, fun controls great, colour changing, but then grew bored and has been in his cupboard ever since

My daughter initially like the toy, however after a short while the controller stopped working. The tongue has stopped working and is now stuck. Very disappointed with the quality of this product. Do not buy

Mon fils de 4 ans s'amuse beaucoup avec ce caméléon. Il peut le diriger dans toutes les directions grâce à sa télécommande. Ses yeux bougent comme un vrai caméléon et son dos s'illumine et change de couleurs. Ce qui le fait rire aux éclats, c'est quand le caméléon gobe des insectes avec sa langue aimantée. En bref, un super jouet!

Lo probamos en una tienda y nos encantó. Este es para reyes y no sé qué resultado dará pero de entrada es una passada. Mis hijas de 3 y 5 años estuvieron en la tienda jugando muchísimo rato. Avanza lento pero es lo que buscaba para una niña de 3 años. Al avanzar lento el camaleón no se escapa y puede controlar perfectamente los movimientos.
