Excellent sound despite having no tip Installed on a 3.0 Diesel pickup (just replaced the stock muffler). ✔️ Great improve on the acceleration ✔️ yet still has the little backflow that my stock engine needs

Used on an autocross Miata to keep weight and sound down. It works amazingly well and is nice and quiet without even using a resonator. It has a very low key rumble at idle and zero rasp at full throttle. I actually wanted more sound but I’m pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is.

Bought these to replace 28 yr old Turbo Muflers (generic brand). I expected the Borla mufflers to be louder but they do have a nice tone when getting on the pedal. At idle, I heard no difference in sound but it depends on what muffler(s) you are replacing. Motor is a 355 SBC.

Borla hands down is the best, my MK6 has the performance and sound that I was looking for. Highly recommend.

Had these borla 40351 mufflers installed on my Lexus gs350. Unfortunately there is a decent amount of drone “deep buzz/hum noise” around 2-3k rpm which is highway speeds 70-80. I had a muffler delete before and it was louder but all the reviews online and forums said these have zero drone. I’ve put on about 1500 miles and the noise level is the same. Might put the OEM mufflers back on, time will tell. I also had a helmholtz resonator welded on which didn’t do much even after calculating the length needed.

sounds great, wish they made them to fit my charger without mods. but still a great product
