I suddenly had three UTI’s and had never had one before. I am 58 and enjoy running, yoga, weight training, rebounding, walking daily and thought I had all the bases covered. I have had no medical issues in 20+ years and have come to realize I didn’t have my pelvic floor base covered. I had an appointment right away with an independent pelvic floor specialist and went to an independent gynecologist because I felt so poorly cared for in the traditional medical setting. So, taking the initiative myself, to strengthen my pelvic floor, I decided to try these medical grade silicone pelvic floor weights. I am very happy with how easy they are to use. I am all familiar with kegels but had taken for granted over the decades that I would loose strength in the pelvic floor. I am going to buy the sanitizer for them and know I am on the right road. Thank you so much for the pelvic weight set. I feel in control of my pelvic floor health and not at the mercy of forever enduring a wait to be cultured for a UTI and being on antibiotics. I know these are a part of the self care regimen I will use along with probiotics and a few other strategies I have learned. Thank you SO much for helping me.

The weights come in a handy, cute little box. They are easy to insert. Comfortable enough. The “string” is at times uncomfortable, but I can move it around to where it is not too bad. There is definitely a difference in the weights. I feel confident that these will strengthen my pelvic floor. TMI Update: I have been using these every other day for two weeks. Already I have noticed a huge difference in the bedroom. Since vaginally delivering my 5th child, I have been incapable of having an orgasm during sex. My husband and I have been married over 20 years and this was never a problem before. But ever since having my son it has been impossible. After only 2 weeks of using these I am able to orgasm!! These are a miracle in a box!!!

This is the first set of its kind I have come across. I appreciate the graduated weight sizes and the exercise booklet. I have only ever known of one way to do Kegels before reading the Pixie booklet. So far, the product seems to be working, and the soft silicone makes it easier to follow the suggested routine.

Definitely a good product! However postpartum moms, if your like me and didn’t know this, you didn’t know you can’t immediately start with these weights! You have to start without them, otherwise even using the lightest one they will fall out. Learn from my errors 😭

I bought these because my bladder is getting loose with age, so I insert one and wear it while doing chores. And its working! I'm not peeing when I sneeze anymore! Easy to use! Comfortable to insert! Easy to clean! It comes with an exercise booklet but I didn't bother with it.

Eggs are still a little bit too big for my vaginal canal. I have been doing the exercises though and they are helping even though I haven't been able to fit these into my canal. When I go to my gynecologist, she says I have a very small canal, which is smaller than normal. Though she said, that once one done with all the exercises without the eggs, that I should try it again with the eggs & go through all the exercises again, in order with each egg weight before moving up to a heavier one. That this would be proper exercising of the vaginal canal & urethra area for someone my age or older or who doesn't have an active sex life. They eggs seem soft to the touch, and a good value for the amount of eggs you can get in a set. The exercises are not difficult to do and add more to muscle strengthening as you go along learning each one. I am already leaking less, just by doing the exercises by themselves. I will hopefully be able to start using them once my muscles in that area have been exercised & stretched enough that then it's not an issue to place the eggs into my vaginal canal.
