CamelBak eddy Water Bottle, 25oz

I have absolutely been in love with this water bottle since it became popular on my college campus, but I was always hesitant to invest at least $15 into the water bottle, when I always forget to fill them up and take them with me. Finally, I took the plunge and I purchased this product because I need a reliable water bottle when I go the gym (and one that won't spill water all over my face when I am running and trying to drink water at the same time). It is perfect that you have to bite down in order to get water out of the container because I can swing the bottle around in my hands and it will not leak everywhere. The color is very stylish, although it is slightly darker than what is shown in the picture. The bottle is very easy to clean and has a big opening after taking off the lid so one is able to add ice cubes to keep the water or any other beverage cold. I also did not know this until I purchased this product, but Camelbak offers a lifetime warranty for damages to the bottles or malfunctioning parts. So, investing a couple extra bucks into buying a more expensive water bottle will save money in the end when you aren't forced to purchase a new one every year. The only negative feedback I have is that when I put my water bottle in the refrigerator, the mouth piece, since it is a gel, easily absorbs the odors that are present in the refrigerator. So, while I was drinking my water, I kept smelling the items that I have in my refrigerator. I do not know if this could be fixed by buying some Arm and Hammer odor absorbers, but I will try and hopefully this will help my mouth piece not have a certain taste of what is in my refrigerator.

I love the CamelBak Eddy bottles. I think this is the fifth bottle that I've owned over the last six or seven years, but it's not because they break or I'm too lazy to replace the bite valve. No, I've just lost every single one of them! I hate losing them because this bottle makes it so easy for me to stay hydrated throughout the day. I just hold it or let it sit under my chin and I keep sipping until it's gone - I've been known to drink a gallon of water over the course of a whole day just because I've been mindlessly sipping! My only real problem with these bottles is that the hinge on the bite valve gets loose after a few months of regular use, so it won't stay down. Honestly, it doesn't bug me as much as how hard it is to pull the valve up when you first get it, but it may bug others. Overall, I recommend this bottle if drinking water is hard for you to remember to do, if you need a water bottle that is easy to take everywhere with you, or if you're prone to beating up your bottles. I've dropped mine on the pavement, concrete, accidentally walked into mechanical hardware with them, and they've never cracked or broken. Scratches are the worst thing I've ever seen on these bottles.

I ordered two of these bottles for biking, hiking and camping. I've used bottles like this before and have always liked them. These bottles have a "bite valve". The rubber top has a slit in it and you can bite the top to open up the top and sip water through it. It's a great feature because it closes up tight when you're not biting it to prevent leaks, but it is very easy to gently bite in order to drink. Both of the bottles I ordered, however, did not have a slit cut in the top. After a quick inquiry here on Amazon, I found that other customers seemed to have the same experience. So I decided to use a knife to try to cut the slit rather than deal with customer services or with a return. And it seems to have worked without a hitch. Both bottles now work well and the slit doesn't seem to have caused any damage. Four stars because for a drinking bottle at this cost, a customer shouldn't have to go through this process. Plus, I'm concerned that the cut I made may shorten the life of the product. Other than that, great drinking bottles and I would buy them again even if I had to cut the slit in the top again.

I purchased this water bottle for use at the gym but would also be useful in the car, for hiking or most any other sport. This is a good bottle but it is a little tricky at first to operate. The mouthpiece has two seals. The first requires you to move it from the locked position to the open position by pushing it forward. Then, when you put it into your mouth, you must bite down on the mouthpiece to open the slit at the top. You then use the mouthpiece like a straw, so there is no lifting the bottle up to drink. This make it good to use when driving because unlike most water bottles, you are not lifting the bottle up to a position that could block your field of view when driving. The construction is excellent; the cap seals nice and tight and along with the locking mouthpiece, you do not have to worry about spilling your water. Finally, the loop at the top for attaching the bottle is a nice touch. It is big enough that I can attach it to the clip at the end of the shoulder strap on my gym bag. If you are looking for a well built water bottle that is going to last, I would suggest this one.

What can I say? CamelBak's water bottles are quality and I love them! This .75L bottle is a good size and it fits in basically all cup holders (unlike my 1L CamelBak Eddy Water Bottle, 1 L, Oxford . The nozzles and straws last a long time and are easy to clean, which is a real plus. I also love that these make it easier to be sure I drink a lot of water. There's just something about straws that makes it easier! And these are great because they seal and don't spill. I've also used a carabiner "mommy hook" The Mommy Hook Stroller Accessory Silver on my stroller handle to hang it while out with my son, which is awesome!

Voglio dare questa valutazione positiva perché tutto è andato benissimo. Il prodotto è arrivato nei tempi previsti ed era perfettamente conforme a quello che desideravo. I currently own 4 CamelBak Eddy bottles and I love every one. I have them for different occasions such as one at work, one in my car and one at home. I recommend them to as many people as possible because I truly believe this is the best water bottle money can buy. PROS - Quality build, water is sealed without a problem. It is very unlikely to break unless you drop it from height to a hard surface. I've owned my oldest one for 3 years and it's still in tip top condition despite being put through some trials. - The fact it doesn't spill makes it great to have my your bed at night. You wake up during the night and fancy a drink but are too tired to sit up properly, no problem. You can grab for your bottle and drink without needing to worry about spilling water all over the bed/floor/angry partner. - Much safer than other bottles to drink while driving. Due to the straw, you can drink from this without tilting your head back and are therefore able to keep your eyes on the road. - They come in a fantastic selection of colours, ideal for distinguishing who's is who's if there is more than one in the household. CONS - The mouthpiece does require an occasional thorough clean or it can get a bit yucky inside. This isn't the easiest thing to do and it's hard to get a brush up in there. I'd recommend using a child's toothbrush.

Très bonne gourde, très solide. On voit au premier abord que c'est de la qualité. Je l'utilise pour aller en sport elle n'a jamais fuie, ce qui était le principal problème rencontré avec mes ancienne gourde, je suis très satisfait de mon achat.
