Yoga Wedge Blocks

I bought the StrongTek Yoga Foam Wedge Blocks for yoga, but they’ve become a staple in my resistance training workouts too. They’re sturdy, supportive, and hold up well under pressure. Beyond yoga and workouts, they’re perfect for any situation where you need a stable foam wedge — stretching, balance exercises, or even props for recovery. The quality feels great, and they don’t compress or lose shape over time. If you want foam wedges that can handle more than just yoga, these are a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!

I bought these to assist with my ankle mobility. I’m hoping these will help my progression move along a little faster. I like the incline and feel I have room to advance as my mobility gets better. My daughter hopped right on and squatted down without her heels lifting (darn, wonderful kids 😊). I definitely think they are light weight and small enough to tuck into any closet or under my bed and come with a great little travel bag to protect them. They also come with a card to show examples of things you can do with them so I decided to try each option for my review. Upon doing so I quickly realized that these tend to slide on rugs or wood/carpeted floors so be aware of this. It’s not too bad but could create a problem if you don’t apply your weight evenly. The more weight that is applied, the less likely they were to slide. And, I had no problems with them sliding on top of a yoga mat at all. I also noticed that if your weight isn’t distributed well they could flip over. Just some things to be mindful of. I am in love with the push-up option as it will quickly help me increase strength in that, and the scorpion option as well. I love how it increases the intensity of the stretch, which I didn’t even think I cared about. Another option was to use it for planks under the elbows. I loved this too because I often used my yoga mat doubled at the end or a flat pillow, or some other cushion when I do my planks anyways. I did notice right out of the bag that they are super thin at the lowest part of the incline and will likely roll up or start to fray quickly after repeated use, so I was disappointed in that but it’s not bad enough for me to lower my 5 ⭐️ rating or return them. You should be able to see in my photos where they are already starting to flip at the edges after only using them for a few poses to test.

I really like these, but maybe not as durable as I'd like. Perhaps I won't need them by the time they totally break apart.

This is a great wedge shaped yoga-type block that is a lovely addition to my yoga and rehab practice. it has lots of uses and really it very adaptable for strengthen wrists, stretching calf muscles....really a range of uses.

I have wrist issues - have not been diagnosed with carpal tunnel but they hurt all of the time. This is a good, quality product and worked well as a small block and for my feet to stretch my ankles. But, the main reason I purchased these was for my wrists. I wanted to use them for downward dog, etc. instead of a folded blanket or using my fists. My hands slip right off of these so they provide no wrist support. I contacted the seller and they recommended the slip resistant version, which were actually slightly more affordable. Return was super easy and I am ordering the slip resistant ones today with an Amazon credit from the return. I will write a review for those once I receive and use them.

Found these to be very helpful when removing and reinstalling a portable hardtop on a 55 Ford Thunderbird. Saves any chance of damaging the paint.

This block was just what I needed- traditional blocks felt like a crutch and I couldn't make progress. The regular blocks were usually just too tall and I would be in pain without a block, so the in-between was where I needed to be. This is where this block comes in. I am able to slide it to get the right height for the floor poses, and as I make progress I can slide it out and get closer to the floor. It has held up very well- it has become squished a bit when I compare it to the one I have not used (but already I have used it in over 120 yoga classes). Great block and just what I needed !

Helpful for compromised hands, due to arthritis, and other problems.

I used these to prop up a fan I know not the common use but worked well they seem well made

Definitely not worth the price. Not even a matching pair so don’t fit together properly to make one smooth block. Not as sturdy as the example in the product image show. Disappointing product for the money I paid.

For the money, these are awful, I’m not sure if faulty but they have split after to using once!

I bought these for heel elevated squats and they’re so much better than using a yoga block. I highly recommend them.
