Ain’t edyoukated enuff to youz this
Haven’t figured out how to use it. Roll off of it, reckon it will work if you know what your doing and can balance good. Chiropractor gave me a list of exercises to do with it, still fell off of it. Yes it’s hard but it’s suppose to be. You will get what you pay for and this is a nice “Thingy” if you know what you are doing. The seller did fine and it got here on time, it’s a good thing.....I think. ;)

Relief from neck and upper back spasm
Great travel size. I started using a narrower foam roller from PT to increase spinal mobility and relieve daily neck and upper back strain (bad posture). This one was, as described, a bit wider, and it really works! Price was great, shipping fast.

It actually works
To tell the truth, I was skeptical of the roller actually doing any good. But my wife had broken her wrist and was having some soreness and discomfort, so I thought I would give it a shot. It works! It actually works! I will walk through the house and see her using it, just because it works.
