Child has enjoyed opening these flaps from around 8 months. Quite sturdy as he's pretty rough with them!

Great book, especialy i like it because there are a good selection of not so often seen animals and water related scenes. My 14 months old really love books from these series and they are strong enough to play with them every day.

My 10 month old daughter loves this book. I recommend it for older children too as her cousins also enjoy it. Lovely illustrations and sturdy flaps for little fingers.

My 11 month old daughter and I both love these books and I can foresee it becoming a favourite. She loves turning the pages and discovering what new animal is hiding under each and every flap and they're actually thick enough that they won't rip easily. This book is colourful and is written as well as it can be for a simplified children's book. A definite must buy for any child's bookshelf.
