Yes. You can unlock and relock it. It comes with a piece you use to unlock it.

Q: Do these need batteries?

I ordered this twice. Both times had dead batteries, you have to open the box to install new ones.

Q: what's the difference in the creators this one is priced at $64 and the others ate priced at $36 and $39 is it the size or what?

We got all of them at this point and this one is a little more “exciting” because it has boogers. I guess they’re hard to find now and that’s why they’re more expensive. It was originally the same price as the others.
