Comfortable but heavy
Dr. Scholls went way up. Im cheap. I dont want to spend a lot of money on work boots. These were reasonably priced, they looked good and were non slip. They were Skechers. Never tried the brand, but I had heard good things. I got a couple of pairs and I love them. If they leave the price alone, I will buy more. If they follow Dr. Scholls, I wont. I don't care how good they are, Im not paying $90 for a pair of work boots. But these are great! A little heavy, but they are steel toe. Dr. Scholls were ultra lightweight. These are not as comfortable, but for the difference in money, they ROCK!! These so called intelligent types that run big companies feel it is a good idea to raise prices on things that are selling good. Not smart enough to understand that the price point has a lot to do with that fact. They raise prices, the product stops selling. Morons are scratching their heads wondering why they aren't selling as many. Its amazing to me how stupid these smart people are. I wonder sometimes how they can walk and breathe at the same time. Its the same with all of these morons. Raise the price, the product is selling. Before you know it, the product has been discontinued due to lack of sales. Try going back to the old price! You might just be surprised. Buy the Skechers! They are good!

Rugged and Nail Resistant
A good choice for yard work and around construction sites with nails. Comfortable and durable.

Comfortable. Good value.
Correct size, 9W, for me. It is difficult to find the wide width for steel toe work boots. This one is the correct size for me and hence, comfortable! Price is very reasonable. The only thing I have a little issue with is the descriptions states that it is leather upper with made made balance materials. However, without proof, I believe that the upper is actually made made leather. Again, it is my guess, and I have no proof.

Thrown Away After 2 Months - Worst Boots EVER!!
UPDATE to my original review: Ended up tossing these boots in the trash. As mentioned before, my feet have never smelled until I wore these boots for work. These boots somehow brought out the worst foot odor and you could never get it out of them. Of the 10+ pairs of boots and shoes I own (some 10yrs old), my feet have never smelled and they never smelled. Secondly, 2 months of trying to wear these and they have been the worst and most uncomfortable shoes/boots I have ever owned. Blisters and sore feet since day 1. They are so bad that I wouldn't give them to a homeless person.Their name was good when they first came out....but now, I am not sure. Here is why...1: Inside of the boot is cheap and you can feel the steel toe edge inside the boot on top of your foot. Very thin material and even had a crease in foot from this edge when laying on ground working for a while.2: Odor-accelerating insoles. I have NEVER...and I mean, NEVER had stinky feet problems until I got these boots. Within 2 times of wearing them they smelled awful of foot odor... Yet, all my other work boots and shoes have no odor at all. When I wear these for a few hours just walking around, you can start to smell foot odor from them. I don't know what or how this is possible, but when I change into my 14yr old boots I have no issues.3: Not sure what they tested anti-slip on...but these boots are the worst boots on wet surfaces or around oil or grease I have ever owned. They seem to absorb oils and grease and track it worse than anything I have owned. Getting on a ladder with them a little wet is almost asking to slip off a rung.4: Take a long time to break in. After blisters on heels and feet, they took nearly a month to break enough to not be so stiff... I work 12-14hr days on my feet and these boots broken in have to be taken off after about 8hrs or so and switched. They are so stiff and you feel every little edge and bump in these boots. I have a set of walmarboots for a 1/4 of the price that were some of the most comfortable and durable boots I have had aside from my expensive ones.Cheaply made, not tested properly, uncomfortable, has serious odor control problems, insoles flatten out within a week, and overpriced.

Sketchers makes a GREAT tennis shoe! Don't play tennis in these.
I work telecom and typically get a year out of a pair of boots. (No matter the brand.) I purchased (2) pairs of these to alternate between to see if I could stretch these out a bit more. Using Obenauf's Leather Oil worked wonderful for water-sealing these through the winter months. They are a solid boot, and I like how 'grippy' the tread is. I also liked the price of these in comparison to other options. That said, these are no where near as comfortable as the Keen's I've had in the past. You will notice it immediately upon putting them on for the first time. They have had about 6-months to break in, and are still just as uncomfortable as day one. The steel toe doesn't have much padding around the inside. After 6-months of pole-climbing abuse, these boots are in better shape than my feet. The tread is still solid, the leather is gouged a good bit, but still keeping water out, (Thanks to the Obenauf's Leather Oil), and they clean up nice at the end of each workday. You get what you pay for with work boots. A good average work boot that will last you about a year. These make a great starter boot to get you by until your 1st check comes in. After, which, you'll probably be looking elsewhere.

The boots feel tough and brand new
The steel toe portion of these shoes really bites, I feel as though my feet are straining to lift a metal bar and these shoes arent for hiking. The memory foam is slowly adjusting to my feet.Yet,I imagine they could last a few years with everyday work. I like to use leather craft thread wax on my new shoes. I had done this to another pair of work shoes years ago and the outsides of them held up through construction work if not for painting and scuffs from kicking. This time I had also gotten waterproofing spray for the laces to go along with thread wax.

Excellent.
Brand name gives it that it is comfortable. I wear it for long hours and still it feels like normal shoes!

US10.5W is too wide for asian foot
Skechers is a well-known brand and ordered a US10.5W but find the front have too much space. First time trying a pair of safety boot from Skechers but must said that it is not as comfortable as I have expected it to be. But since it has exceed the return period, have to give it to someone that might feel differently.
