Has anyone tried growing peppers from the seeds?

Yep, they work! Plant 3 seeds per container and you'll definitely get at least one seedling to transplant. They take a long time to mature. Mine aren't ready yet, so can't comment on taste.

Are the dried naturally or in ovens?

I’m not completely certain but we have purchased these several times. They are amazing
