First off I’d like to say that customer service with MLC Distribution Inc is exceptional. As soon as my order was placed I received an e-mail to let me know my order was on the way, and to let me know it has a lifetime warranty and also to say they’d follow up once I received it. I then received another e-mail just before I received my product to let me know they had recently found a defect and about 5% of the heating pads were not getting as hot as they should. They said they were fixing this but if I happened to receive one of these they provided instructions and an offer of assistance on how to return it. I received my heating pad and was very pleasantly surprised with the appearance of it. It is a nice rich turquoise color (yes I know color is not really relevant here but it’s pretty)! It is also a very nice soft material which is very comfortable to lay on. It is also large, about twice the size of my other heating pad which for me makes it easier to reach and heat my lower back and all the way up my back. Unfortunately when I tried this heating pad it did not get very hot so I did as instructed and exchanged it through Amazon. They sent the new heating pad within one day at no charge and I sent the old one back. I’m happy to report that the replacement did indeed get hot on high and felt wonderful on my back. I’ve had it for 3-4 days and used it 3 times and each time it heated really well and provided relief for my lower back as I suffer from chronic lower back pain. I broke my tail bone many years ago and my back was never the same after that. The nice thing about this heating pad is that even though the heat on high is very hot the covering lets the heat be transferred without burning you or even feeling much too hot like some heating pads do. I would definitely recommend to purchase this heating pad. And also the cover is removable and washable which is handy. I was reimbursed for this heating pad as a product tester.

No complaints, great product!1. It is super soft. It doesn't get all disformed like the plastic ones. It keeps it's shape well.2. It washes well. I threw it in the washer and dryer, works perfectly. When you unplug cord from heat pad and replug back in, the light will just blink and not get hot. Cord has to be unplugged from wall then plugged back in to get heat pad to work again.3. The cord is very long, nice length.4. It does get hot. Low is a nice warrm setting, and medium is very warm. Hi is hot; I have not used that setting much.5. It works for me. I have chronic pain/fibromyalgia and this heat pad helps with the pain. I have used it pretty much no stop for 5 days.6. This heat pad does cut off after two hours, and do have to turn back on.7. I would highly recommend this heat pad and have no complaints. I am very satisfied with this product.

I can't stress how soft this heating pad is, and how fast it heats up! I'm also extremely happy with how flexible it is and how it doesn't make a crinkling sound when you move it! Granted, it's not enormous, but come on: it's meant for pain relief of ONE spot, not your ENTIRE body. I was expecting it to be a little bigger myself, seeing as how I bought a "king size" heating pad, but if you just do yourself the favor of looking at the dimensions then there's no reason to be mad about the size.As for the heat: the last heating level gets hot enough to help relieve major pain when you're not having a good week (ladies, you know what I mean;) and the fabric they have on the pad doesn't make you sweaty at all. The last heating pad I had was awful and sounded, felt, and smelled like aluminum covered in a thin layer of cloth, so this is a BIG step up. The ONLY bad thing I have to say about it is the button. It works perfectly and is easy to push, but that's the thing: it's a little too easy to push. I'm a bit worried that if for some reason it fell off my bed or I accidentally bumped it, that it would turn on. The easy solution is obviously to just unplug it, but if it's something you're going to keep plugged in all the time, just make sure it's not going to get turned on accidentally.I always have a mini panic attack after I spend money on anything having to do with electricity (the stuff breaks down so easily). Who know's? This heating pad may only last another month and I'll yet again have to go looking for something new, but it hasn't happened yet, and is still working perfectly! If something does happen in the future and it stops working, I'll update my post and how long it worked for. If I haven't updated in a long time, I'm either dead or it's still working!

I gave this pad 4 stars only because the medium setting is too warm (low is too cool). I can get around this by adding more layers between me and the pad, but I wish I didn't have to do that. I told the seller about it and they sent me a different one to try! I think the new one might be a bit better in that regard.But these are very soft pads, flexible just the way you want them to be, nice and big for any body area. I'm quite sensitive to chemical odors and at least one reviewer complained of an odor. I haven't noticed it, so I'm really happy about that. The pad is even not that bad to look at, unlike most heating pads, since I have to leave it on my living room recliner all the time for frequent use on my back.I love the control switch, and that it turns off by itself after while, because I always forget.
