Stopped working after three weeks

Two days after Amazon's return policy, this went out. The Amazon rep was for good trying to get things sorted. She had be on the line with the company's warranty dept., and they were to send a new one out straight away. I am still waiting...

The humidifier is attractive and the long tube is great to enable humidity to circulate better in the room. Also easy to clean and mildew resistant.

Functions well but the 120 hr rating is way off. Even on cool mist setting the tank needs refilling ever 24 hours
