This is the real stuff, made in Japan. It’s not like any American mayo. It has a creamier texture , and an umami taste. It is of course still mayonnaise, and is a perfect upgrade to your recipes. Excellent in dips, dressings, sauces and fillings. IMO, there is no substitute.

Kewpie Mayo is hands down the best mayonnaise I’ve ever tried! It’s rich, creamy, and has the perfect balance of sweetness and tang. The texture is smooth, and it’s not too heavy, making it ideal for sandwiches, sushi, salads, and even as a dip. I love that it has a slightly different flavor profile than regular mayo, giving everything a unique, delicious twist. It’s become a staple in my kitchen, and I can’t get enough of it! Pretty much the only brand of mayo I buy now. Incredibly rich and creamy. Mix with Cholula hot sauce for one of the best hot sauces you ever tried!If you like Dukes, you'll likely love Kewpie.
