Max's Time Travelling Adventure: or Wendlesbiri Discovered

First book fir this author abd I can't tell you what a lovely read it is. So very well written that you can't wit for the next chapter to see what happens on the boys adventure its ideal for all ages but thoroughly recommend for young boys and girls who like to lose themselves in a bit of mystery. Can't wait for the follow up

Great book. I bought a copy for myself, and having read it, two further copies for my grandchildren. I have asked them to review the book. A great story with 3D characters, I really enjoyed it and would recommend it for independent young readers as well as those who enjoy a good yarn!

A fantastic book that I could hardly put down! It's an exciting adventure story where Max and Danny travel through time. Written for children but adults might also enjoy reading.Recommended

An exciting children’s adventure story set in the Cambridgeshire countryside, and involving time travel and fun!

A good read for all ages.

I enjoyed this book from the first page. It has an amazing setting and great characters. When I was reading, time (literally) flew by. One suggestion however: I think Max should have thrown away the key (arrowhead) to open up for a sequel where a child finds it and has all sorts of adventures.Apart from that, a great read.Aidan, age 12

A really lovely, fast paced and fun-filled story which would hold the attention of most young people who like a good story.Its a charmingly well-written tale of Max and his friends time travelling adventures.Told within the context of a happy family setting and the beautiful woodland they live in give this book an enchanting attraction that carries on to its final page.
