The product includes everything you need to apply the tinting. The instructions are very clear and very simple. I ordered the dark brown kit, and it's almost like a black color. Since I am doing tattoo removing on my eyebrow, this is helping fill some of the gaps. But be careful because it can be very messy if you don’t apply it correctly.
