Have been taken Rosabella Beet Root for two weeks now, and my blood circulation has improved. I have less numbing, and tingling in my arms, and legs. I have also noticed a boost in my energy. Just two capsules a day is all you need dailly. There is bo after taste, It is also a great price for the quality, and quantity.

I started using this product hoping for a natural way to reduce my blood pressure. After two months I have not noticed a real change in my readings, which is a little disappointing. That said, I am hopeful it is still supporting my overall circulation and providing some benefit behind the scenes.The product is easy to take and comes from a brand I trust, so I plan to continue and see if longer use makes a difference. For now, I would give it four stars.
