Does this seat have a lock so it won’t swivel? We have kids that will need it in a locked position.

How can I stop 360 swiveling?

For the swivel chairs, there is no option to lock the spinning. However, we released new non-swivel chairs in December 2020 for the people who want a fixed cylinder.
