H2Tab Molecular Hydrogen Water Drinking Tablets, 30 Count

Started using this about a year ago and love it! The original has an odd taste but after awhile you get used to it. Joints don’t hurt like they used to and my sleep has improved! I bought several packages at Christmas to give to people to try because I felt like it helped me so muchI do like the new lemon lime flavor that just came out too!

Didn’t know if it was helping until one day after drinking H2 water, I did my daily treadmill walking and was able to walk twice as long and couldn’t get my heart rate out of the light zone. I usually was on treadmill 10-15 mins and heart rate would get into the moderate to vigorous zones after 5-8 minutes. That’s when I knew it was working! A lower heart rate from my usual has been significantly lower with any other types of exercise that I participate in now. I also noticed that the colder the water is, the slower the tabs dissolve. FYI for those saying tabs can take a long time to dissolve.

I am writing this review in hopes of helping other people. Personally, I have been drinking these every morning and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my energy level! I am getting more done. I’m just not fatigued as I usually am. I signed up for subscribe and save, and when the tablets did not come in before I finish my pack I was without them for three days and noticed a huge downturn in my ability to function and get things done! I know this is just my personal experience, but I really feel like I don’t want to go without the tablets now. Maybe try them for a month to see if they do anything for you!

I ordered these 5 times giving them a true try. 1x/day. I had no problem with the tabs dissolving, worked great. I had no problem with the taste, didn't mind it. My orders came on time. I like the easy low waste packaging.My issue was the product I felt absolutely no difference. I am someone who works out a lot and needs hydration. I also tend to lose electrolytes and suffer from cramps from time to time. So this Gary Brecka bio hack seemed like a great idea but it didn't do anything for me. I feel I should have felt some difference. May be they will work for you.

I started extended water fasting and thought this would be a huge boost. Taste is not bad and it does have some sort of effect (possibly placebo)!I’ve done 3 days with 1 a day so far and may try having 2 or 3 in a day to see if any benefits are more noticeable.

The tabs don’t really work on me, but they actually work on my husband. He starts his day with one. And, the delivery is so fast he never has to be without them. Vey satisfied.

I don’t like the taste of the unflavored. Next time I will try one of the flavored ones. I actually add lemon flavor to mine

The tablets do not desolve very fast and the magnesium causes diarrhea .
