Works Perfectly
Overall, I was able to use this wedge to install my floating pool light. I wish the instructions were a bit clearer. I would recommend to watch a Youtube video on how to install this

The only way to reinstall your pool light if the mounting screw breaks
The Light Wedge 132 saved the day. There was no way to reinstall the pool light after changing the light bulb because the mounting screw broke off into the screw hole. I tried everything I could think of to remove the broken screw. The Light Wedge 132 allowed me to bypass the mounting screw hole and also secure the light tightly to the pool wall. It was very easy use.

Fixed a broken pool light mounting bracket
I had to cut the bolt to my pool light off in order to remove the pool light fixture from the pool wall. Since I was unable to drill out the remaining bolt without draining my pool, I purchased this device and it worked almost perfectly. The rubber back slides between the rear of the light hole and the frame the original bolt secured to. Once tightened, it clamps the top of the light frame securely to the internal frame. It took a lot of work but my light is securely in place.

Worked perfectly to fix my stripped threads of original
My screw had stripped out on my pool housing. This allowed me to wedge behind the light and it worked flawlessly. I've used this on both the traditional 120v thick lights and also the newer 12v LED thin lights. It worked in both applications. The really nice thing is you can offset the light a little to leave a little gap where water can get behind it - a good thing so chlorinated water can get back there to prevent the start of algae outbreaks.

works as advertised
had an issue getting our large light out of the housing, the set screw was pretty frozen in place. resulted in bending the metal frame. was able to use this to set the light back in after bending the frame back in to place, so that the bottom hooked on properly and the top wouldn't create torque on the metal frame. easy fix if you have issues with your set screw on an inground pool light fixture.
