Anyone know if I were to freeze milk into these if the cube would fit into comotomo bottle?

I never used comotomo bottles so I haven’t a clue how large the top opening is. My initial suspicion is no, it won’t fit. Can you compare the dimensions listed on product description?

Have arthritis- how easy are these to open?

Very easy! It only becomes difficult to open if you overfill them and then freeze them too full die to expansion and creating a lot of pressure. Just be sure to not overfill them and they are very easy to use. I've been using these since my son turned three months old (he is now 10 months old). Ice used them for everything between first stages of purees all the way through for just the convenience of "meal prepping" or "snack prepping" for my son.
