The Tea Makers of London Natural Chinese Jasmine Green Loose Leaf Tea 250g Pack

I say "probably" because it's possible that others may beg to differ but this is definitely the best jasmine tea I have tasted - and I've tried many different jasmine teas (on Amazon and from walk-in shops, including London's Chinatown). So what makes it so good? Firstly, it has a very subtle aroma. You might think that a stronger fragrance would be better but most of the scent in the pack is inevitably going to be of green tea, as that is the major component, so you don't want to dry scent to be overwhelming. About 2g (a slightly rounded teaspoon) is enough to make 600 ml (1/2 pt). Brewing for about 4 minutes gives a straw colour, which is the strength I like, and produces a very refreshing drink. Over-brewing is not recommended so pay attention to the time. I use a glass teapot with a central infuser so it's easy to judge the right colour for pouring.

LOOKS GREAT, SMELLS NICE BUT POOR QUALITY SUBSTANDARD .. lack of JASMINE TASTE. FLAVORLESS & IF THIS IS FUJIAN TEA WHAT GRADE, CERTAINLY NOT HIGH ! NOT TRACEABLE, NOT ORGANIC. I SUGGEST BUYING OTHER TEAS FROM CHINA DIRECT OR SUNFLOWER TEA HOUSE TEA, CHEAP BUT REAL FUJIAN TEA AT 1/3 PRICE PER KG. AS ANOTHER RECENT BUYER STATED " It tastes like pu erh now with jasmine flowers ".... IT IS A SHAME.

Beautiful jasmine green tea, full of flavour, highly recommended. I would have given 5 star, if the packaging for the 500 grams tea is biodegradable or recyclable. Unfortunately it is not. Come on seller, do your bit to replace your packaging.

I absolutely love this jasmine tea. It can be hard to find a brand that offers such fragrant tea but this is one. Whenever I have some of this in my cupboard, no other tea gets a look in. I find if I make a tea bag up, I can fill twice with hot water and still have ample flavour. Two hearty thumbs up for this! It makes a fine cuppa.

Wonderfully fragrant Jasmine tea, just like you would get at a good restaurant.Unlike some jasmine teas, this has that true clarity of flavour, rather than the full, funky flavour that lower quality jasmine teas have ( I have tried many over the years)

Best jasmine tea ive drunk.t just buying my second cateting pack - my brother is really particular re jasmine tea and adores thus one. The review of one star by someeone is a bit strange given all the other glowing four and five star recommendatiions. Anyway we love this and its worth the money.

I have been purchasing this tea for a number of years and only been very pleased by its quality, taste and aroma.I love nothing nicer that brewing a pot on the gas stove and putting my feet up with the paper or a book.

I sooo lookforward to my jasmine tea from this brand. Smells delicious, tastes so good, refreshing, bit of a kick - and good for one.
