Range is good, alarm is good and overall performance and usage is good. The only problem with this product is that you have to press the button for at least 1 second, otherwise it won't send the alarm to the pager even though the red light blinks. So in other words, if you press the button quickly and can feel the button getting to the bottom and see the red light blink, it doesn't always send the message to the pager. You literarly have press the button for 1 sec at least and only then you can be 100% sure the message get's to it's destination. That's why 4 stars and not 5 stars.
