Something Beautiful

Miley Cyrus never disappoints! She has one of the best singing voices in rock/pop music today.

Such a great album! The packaging is great and has tons of exclusive picture inside.

Something Beautiful by Miley Cyrus is a musical masterpiece that has her pouring her heart out in multiple music gems to bewitching effect. I confess that although I was metaphorically pulled in to explore more of her Something Beautiful collection by Easy Lover and Walk of Fame featuring Brittany Howard there are other multiple tracks that are also exquisite to hear that it is tricky for me to decide which ones are my most favorite right now. There is an exquisite combo of indie dance, synth pop, electronica, sprinkles of country/western in addition to other music influences. I also feel that with the cd edition I am lucky to purchase features Miley Cyrus treating music listeners to some splendid photos of herself and song lyrics to the songs featured on Something Beautiful. I saw somewhere online that there was apparently a film made pertaining to this Something Beautiful music collection and I only wish that I would have had enough time to found out about the film in time before the release occurred because the music featured on this Something Beautiful cd collection has me curious/imagining in a speculative way what some of the scenes featured relating to the Something Beautiful songs might look like.

I love this album, only received four stars because my case came broken and the cd was a little damaged.

I love music, all kinds of music. This album is by far one of the greatest recordings that I have heard in a very long time. It contains all kinds of music. It really is superb. For me, it’s not an album that can be broken up into singles or “I’ll just play a few songs”. It’s a complete listen. All the way through. I find it much more enjoyable that way. It’s quite an experience and I love what Miley and her very talented team have created. It’s excellent. I think everyone should listen to it. From start to finish. It will be going on lots of Christmas lists this year. That’s for sure. It really is a great listen and I love all the songs. I do have a few stand outs though. Reborn is my absolute favorite and Easy Lover, Golden Burning Sun, Walk of Fame, Every Girl You’ve Ever Loved and Pretend You’re God are all other sublime listens. Thank You Miley for an excellent project. It was much needed. A++++

We're fans of Miley since her Hannah Montana days. I bought this album because I enjoy listening to Easy Lover over and over. 😆

This is a beautiful album. Unfortunately they mailed in one of those flimsy while bags. So of course the case was cracked. No protection at all. Disappointed!

Great album! Ignore the snide and unfair poor reviews. This album has some fantastic tracks and is a brave concept by a fearless pop/rock star. Miley could have kept things boring and gone for the quick sell, but she choose to create something different. My favourite tracks after a few listens are End of the World, Golden Burning Sun and Every Girl (Naomi Campbell is surprisingly perfect on that) but those are the obvious ones and there are so many more that I’m enjoying getting to know. I also love the few instrumentals. They’re gripping and fascinating not banal elevator music. This album is better than Endless Summer Vacation and one of her best IMO. Hard to put it into a genre, but cinematic, retro, hi-energy, pop rock plus a few more should cover it. It’s fun and very listenable.

Miley Cyrus es impredecible, pero si algo puedes tener seguro es que ella siempre pondrá el corazón en su música y siempre encontrará la forma de reinventarse y de hacer algo nuevo y cohesivo. Something Beautiful es un álbum visual y ambicioso que viene acompañado de una película en donde deslumbra con su fuerza y donde el final de una canción es el principio de otra, vale la pena ver el film y escuchar el álbum de principio a fin, esta edición es la versión en vinilo traslúcido que es realmente hermoso, llegó muy bien protegido y sin defectos. Miley una vez más entregó arte.
