hi thereI bought this piece two times and had to return it because it does not fit. look out 4 the hole on the edge if it fits the hole on your machine. yes it has brush on bottom . i advise you to buy it from sears they have the same exact model # and the right exact replacements hope this help you

Does this swivel? I have an older model of the Blue vacuum cleaner and they don't make the floor nozzle anymore. Will this fit my vacuum?

This brush does swivel but I am not sure if it will fit your vacuum. I have a Electrolux central vacuum system and this brush fits it.

Does this work with Kenmore Model model 116.27515700?

I am not sure but it works on a Kenmore canister - I think this is a pretty universal attachment and should fit most models.

I only know that it didn't fit my vacuum cleaner and I have a Kenmore Progressive vacuum, model 116.21614010.
