Works perfectly for Canon R6 + 24-70mm lens with hood
Was looking for a little protection to have my Canon R6 camera with the 24-70mm lens attached in my purse or backpack and this was the perfect fit and I really love that I can even leave the lens hood attached. Would highly recommend this product. I like that it has the snaps to keep it securely in place, as compared to the other neoprene smaller covers I have which just folds over the lens and does not stay as secure.

Good
Like it. Fits well and well constructed except the snap closure flap and snaps themselves seem a little on the flimsy side. But otherwise it is good.

Fits Nikon Z5 with MB-N10 + FTZ and 28-300mm Lens
This review is for the D-Pro Zoom Case.Perfectly fits Nikon Z5 camera with MB-N10 battery pack and FTZ adapter with Nikkor 28-300mm VR lens attached. It also fits Nikon D4 camera with same lens mounted. Fit is snug but not too tight. Also purchased the D-SLR Zoom Case model which fits the Nikon Z5 + FTZ adapter and 28-300 mm lens, but without the MB-N10 battery pack installed. Both cases are nicely made and provide bump and scuff protection for light traveling. Only difference between the two cases is the Pro model body chamber is 6 inches deep and the SLR model is 4 inches deep. One thing that would make these cases better would be to replace the cheap plastic snaps on the bottom with strong Velcro strips. Otherwise, all good.

Fits the X100V! With a caveat.
I've spent the past 2 years looking for a good case for my X100V that's not bulky but keeps it from scratches when tossed in a bag. This thing does the job--mostly. The two top corners stick out a bit because there's not enough fabric on the top flap to cover them. It's not a 100% fit, but it's the best I've found so far. I've tried 3 other cases.

Great fit, keeps camera clean
I’m using this for a Nikon D500, usually with the Nikon 18-300 lens, and it fits nicely without needing to remove or flip the lens hood. I don’t need the strap that ties it to the camera, but I do use that (the snap that’s permanently attached) to snap the cover to my backpack or belt so I don’t lose it. I use the cover to protect against light bumps or scrapes and to keep dust or drizzle off the camera while I don’t want to totally stow it away in my camera bag, and it serves its purpose well. It was a challenge to find something of those nature that was the right size to fit my setup, so the wide range of sizes offered was a definite selling point.

Does what it does well. Made with care, nice product.
This is not a quick draw case it is a protective case. Used to protective my gear from bumps and scrapes. This unit fits a Nikon D610 with a Nikon 70-300 attached. It also fit a Nikon D500 with a Nikon 18-300 attached with hood reversed. If I had more cameras I would by this case for all. Works great but not made to be removed in a hurry.

Fits Canon T3i with battery grip and Tamron 16-300
I bought this cover and the Zing Pro Zoom cover. I like the Op Tech D Pro Zoom better.Pros:It was easier to get on and off my camera then the Zing.It fits my camera and accessories nicely.Seems well made. I have many other Op Tech products that I purchased and they have all held up nicely.Cons:To securely close the cover, there is a flap that has 2 snaps. You wrap the cover around the back of the camera, and snap the flap closed with the 2 snaps. I'm not a fan of snaps. These were easy to snap closed, but Velcro would have been much easier. There is a strap attached to the inside of the cover. It came with 2 ways of attaching the cover to your camera so you don't lose the cover:1. a piece of leather that attaches to the camera by screwing it into the tripod mount. This piece attaches to the strap with a snap. I could see either end of the leather coming apart - the side with screw could detach or the snap could release.2. A ring that can go around the lens. This ring attaches to the strap with a snap. I don't like having things attached to my lens and the snap could release.I came up with my own method of securing the cover to my camera. The bottom of my battery grip has a connection point for a strap. I had an extra set of Op Tech Uni Loop connectors (https://www.amazon.com/OP-TECH-USA-1301062-Uni-Loop/dp/B0010HA6A6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1485137755&sr=8-1&keywords=optech+uni+loop).I attached one end to the bottom of the battery grip. I attached the other connector to the strap by looping the strap thru the connector loop and snapping the two snaps on the strap together. Using the uni loop connectors, I clicked the two pieces together. I think the weakest point is where the snaps are attached. I'm going to sew a few stitches next to the strap as a precaution in case the snaps come undone. You can use any type of strap to secure the cover to the camera. I also attached a photo using an extra camera strap from one of my point and shoot cameras. If I used this method, I would still sew a few stitches next to the snap. I like the uni loop method. If the cover gets in the way, I can just disconnect the uni loop clips.I'm happy with this cover even though I'm using a different method of attaching the cover to my camera. I dropped the rating to a 4 because of the use of the snaps.

Excellent product
I purchased the DSLR zoom, it fits my canon 7D mk ii perfectly it’s a nice snug fit, the biggest lens I can fit in is my 17-55 which takes up the full body of pouch. It feels really secure and the quality is great. The added extra of the option to secure the pouch to the tripod point on the camera is great meaning you don’t have to carry it when using the camera, I initially thought this may be awkward whilst shooting but have tested today and it’s so light I don’t know it’s there. There is also a option to secure the pouch via the lens, this is the only thing I didn’t like the silicone ring was very tight and I wouldn’t want to fit it over any of my lenses but that’s personal preference. I really like that the pouch closes with poppers and not Velcro. All in all this is a fantastic product which comes with w guarantee, there are cheaper alternatives on the market but you get what u pay for and this pouch is very much designed with professional photographers in mind who really care about keeping there equipment safe. I wouldn’t hesitate at purchasing future products from them. One thing I would have loved would of been different colour options!

Disappointed
Slightly disappointed. It comes with a sewn in nylon strap with a snap closure plastic hook on the end. The strap is several inches long and so if you used it the camera would swing around wildly. It also gets in the way when you try to put the camera in the case. I cut it off.I would have preferred a Velcro closure to the two press studs, particularly as the insides of the press studs are hard plastic that will rub against the finish of the camera. This is a good fit for an RX100 with a Kiwi Photo filter adaptor and a Sony hand grip fitted. The neoprene is good quality.I bought a Chinese alternative which was also good quality and apparently designed for the RX100 but it was a very tight fit with my fitted accessories, this Mini case is more generous without being over big.If the Chinese version was a little bigger it would be the better option.

Well made, good level of protection, would buy again.
I've bought several neoprene soft cases for my cameras over the years. The first was an official Leica product which was well made. I then found that the Chinese were knocking out lookalikes for a lot cheaper and bought those through ebay. This is the first time I have bought the Optech product and I have to say that in terms of quality we are talking the difference between chalk and cheese in favour of the Optech case.Firstly, the neoprene is a lot thick and the surface finish feels high quality. Stitching is also of good quality. The cases have much more of a fitted feel than others but it is worth considering this before purchase because the wrong size or shape will not easily mould around a camera which is too big - or leave you with lots of space if the camera is too small. For this particular case I am using it with a Sony A7R+28mm lens and it is fine. I can also use it with a Panasonic GX8 with 12-35 attached. That might you give you an impression of size/fit.All in all, I'm glad I have discovered this product - it feels well made and I will definitely buy again from this range should I need another soft camera case.

Well made for smaller point and shoot or fixed lens cameras.

I am using it for storage of a Sigma DP3M Merrill fixed lens camera. It would also fit my DP2M, as well. All in all, I'm glad I have discovered this product - it feels well made and I will definitely buy again from this range should I need another soft camera case.

A fantastic, but apparently little known, camera case
I have just purchased my third D-SLR Zoom sized neoprene camera 'ever-ready' case.I have used my Canon EOS 40D SLR camera since late 2007. Initially I carried it in a large 'Slingshot' type bag. Great for carrying camera gear by car, but as I soon found out, useless when flying because weight limits preclude it and its contents.I read about a range of American produced camera shaped neoprene camera cases - similar to a leather ever-ready case used many years ago for 35mm film cameras. The claimed advantages included being able to cram a camera protected by such a 'pouch' into the corner of any rucksack when 'taking off' for the wilds.Unfortunately typing the given name (Zinger)into a search engine returned no UK agent identity.Fortunately, walking around an NEC Photo Show in early 2008 I came across the exact item I wanted - a black neoprene camera shaped pouch. Thick, tough and shock resistant - it soon became one of the cornerstones of my photographic kit. When flying overseas with the 40D and 18-200 mm superzoom lens, my kit could indeed fit into a corner of my carry-on luggage. My first D-SLR ZOOM pouch lasted until 2010, when during a visit to a favourite distillery on Islay (Laphroaig actually) where I failed to notice the entire neoprene front cover had become detatched from the 'body' section of the neoprene & camera and had fallen through a gantry staircase. My excuse is that I love Laphroaig and had been offered a Wee Dram or two during the visit.A second copy lasted until a few months ago when I acted as an official photographer at a 'Whisky Fest' in October 2012. I had stashed my camera pouch behind a curtain until the end of the day. Guess what? On looking for the pouch it was apparent that some 'scrote' had spotted it and taken illegal possession. That sad parting bought me to the present date, and my recent purchase of Op/Tech Soft Pouch D-SLR Zoom copy number three...
