It works really well as a strainer, excellent durability, not prone to rips and easy to clean. The cloth is rather large and can be cut to size with sharp scissors and placed in funnels. Size 200 mesh, is a good all around strainer for liquids no thicker than milk. My primary use for this is to strain resin particles out of isopropyl alcohol.

This will not let water through. You can not strain anything through it. It's almost identical to the cheap shower curtain liners you can get at a dollar store. It's good quality just not what I was looking for. I ordered the 400 btw

Purchased this filter for filtering fresh goat milk. Cut to fit. Enough to last a couple years. Can also be used to make reusable cold brew coffee or tea bags.

I use it to keep machine dust out and it doesn't interfere with heat dissipation, it's perfect!
