IMG Stageline HSE-80 Electret Headband Microphone

I want to connect it to a guitar amp ... It doesn't work. I have a mono cable with a reducer. The cable from the amp is active up to the mini XLR connector in front of the microphone. There is silence after connection. Can you advise?

Does not have a 3 pin connector even though the box & the listing shows one.
