Very good detail

Nice quality

Bought this as a gift for someone training to be a butcher, but not able to use it, as it is defective. The chart picture is awesome, and made of great material (not just paper), and I had intended to frame it. But unfortunately there are several very visible red ink stains (in the white areas) that are blotches and smudges and it looks like maybe the ink hadn't dried before it was rolled up and shipped. Since it took so long to get it, I was pretty disappointed. It was rolled so tight that it will never fit back into the tiny (maybe one inch wide?) tube that it was shipped in, so I won't be returning it.

The product is fine, but it shipped from China. Don't get me wrong, I love the Chinese. I just didn't expect it to take several weeks to receive a print.

Product (at least mine) was well printed and easy to read. It gives the basic break down of essential cuts in North America. However a pleasant surprise for me is it is printed on a white vinyl sheet, not a paper poster. I guess this makes it resilient to having cow guts all over it. I don’t need that but it is easy to clean up. I’d buy again.
