I'm on keto and bought to put in my keto coffee, honestly can't really tell any difference from normal sugar, although I haven't actually done any comparison Works and tastes great for me

My dietitian recommended this sweetener. Love it and it tastes great with my coffee or tea. You can substitute for sugar and it’s all healthy. It dissolves easily and smells better than sugar

It’s a great sugar substitute, sweet, natural, and no aftertaste. A perfect choice for a healthier alternative.

This monk fruit sweetener tastes great (no fake aftertaste), dissolves easily and measures 1:1 for sugar. The main drawback is that it gets very clumpy if there’s any humidity at all and clogs up my sugar shaker. It’s a small annoyance and won’t cause me to discontinue using the product. It is, however, getting quite expensive.

My Two Points: To make flavored simple syrup with monk fruit blended with erythritol, combine 1 cup of CHILLED boiled water with 1/2 cup of sweetener in sauce pan with a splash of desired water soluble essence flavoring. (I use Black Sambuca essence for flavoring espresso beverages.) Turn the burner on LOW heat and stir until the sweetener is dissolved into the water. Let cool. If stored in the refrigerator, small crystals may form. The syrup is still good. This is a different process for making simple syrup than other sweeteners. Some people add Xanthan Gum. This isn't necessary if you work at temperatures below boiling! DO NOT MAKE MERINGUE COOKIES WITH THIS SWEETENER! They will deflate in the oven.
