Overall good but wish I was seeing more results
Currently taking 1 - 1 1/2 scoops per day in the evening with water. It isn't flavorless, but I actually like the taste. I do wish I was seeing more results though. I do notice some calming effect to my anxiety and better sleep quality. But I am not getting any laxative effect whatsoever and was hoping this would help my constipation. May continue to up the dosage to see if it helps. I do plan to keep taking this or another magnesium supplement though.

Good product, easily dissolves.
I have used this product for a few months. I take it in the evening before bed to help with sleep. It dissolves easily and has no flavor making it easy to mix with any beverage. I highly recommend.

Doesn't dissolve as is said in many reviews.
Only day two. Purchased because reviews said dissolves in any liquid. Tried tap water, didn't dissolve, chilled liquid, didn't dissolve and this morning, hot coffee, didn't dissolve. That alone is SO disappointing as I was hoping this would be something my husband would use, he will not, too much trouble. As far as the benefits, I will use and perhaps review that in the future after all, that is the real reason for trying the supplement.
