Apple 2018 iPad 6th Gen 9.7-inch Wi-Fi 128GB Space gray (Renewed)

I’m usually a little skeptical when purchasing used or refurbished electronics, but I have no regrets with this one! It didn’t come delivered in apple packaging, which i expected anyways. It did come with a charger cable and box piece inside, but I didn’t use it so I don’t know the quality of it. The speakers work great and the screen has zero blemishes. The iPad also included a screen protector already applied. It operates as it should and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my use of it. The only downside with the operating system is that it seems to top out at iOS 17.7, so I don’t believe I’ll be able to have some of the same features on this device as I do on my iPhone. Furthermore, I purchased the gold color iPad and in my opinion, it definitely is rose gold and has a noticeable pink hue. I don’t feel that my photos do the true color justice. For me, this made me more satisfied with the product than I already was, since pink is my favorite color. However, I felt this was something I should point out, given that not everyone may share the same sentiments. The largest issue that I found with the product, which isn’t major at all to me, is the scratches on the back side. I’ve included two photos at different angles for better understanding. Other than this, it is exactly what I was hoping to receive. Also, if you are like me and was wondering if it comes with an apple pen, it does not. This is the first iPad I’ve bought, so this may just be standard practice. Lastly, I’ve had no issues at all with the battery life. I can’t find where to see the health percentage of the battery, but it lasts for a long time and I hardly have to charge it at all. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the “Refurbished - Excellent” condition of this product.

I needed a quick tablet, and on Amazon there are many new “international versions” that at first glance were the best option. After carefully skimming the reviews of these tablets, I decided it would be a better risk to try a USA version that was renewed (never bought a renewed anything.) I am absolutely stunned at this iPad. It’s in perfect condition and works like new. Doesn’t come with the original charger, but at least they provided one nonetheless (that works.) Super surprised, very grateful, and so I thought I’d leave a review, which I never do. Bravo, it’s super fine and totally worth the purchase.

I'm so happy with the purchase of my ipad. It came in precisely on time. The specs were correct. I've never had an ipad before, so I'm still learning.It was a refurbished ipad, but it looks and operates like a brand new model. I would definitely order from here again.

I love my iPad! Arrived on time no scratches working pretty well. It has frozen on me once but it was nothing a quick hard reset couldn’t fix. Loving it especially for the price. Totally recommend

Bought this back in November of 2024 for my toddler and let’s just say it gets the job done! Haven’t had any trouble. Cant really complain about the battery life given it is an older model and my toddler uses it all day!

Another update !!!Still no refund, now Amazon is saying that I returned the wrong item !!!!! I returned the item I received!!!! I can’t believe all the mis information I was told by all the different Amazon representatives, they all lied to me about how this would be resolved and here we are months later and still no refund and no iPad ! I am in contact with my states attorney general to try and get Amazon to do the right thing and give me my refund!!!!!!Update on 1/9/24I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I was totally ripped off all because I purchased a “Amazon Renewed” iPad 9 in Excellent condition. I received the iPad in a generic package and also a generic charger. Out of the box the iPad would not turn on, thinking it just needed to be charged I used the included charger but it didn’t do anything to the iPad, I got a different iPad charger that I had and same thing nothing would happen so I left it to just see if maybe it was just really dead and needed to charge overnight. In the morning when checking to see if it took the charge I noticed that the iPad had split open from the battery malfunctioning and bloated up inside the iPad. I contacted Amazon support thinking everything was going to be resolved since Amazon renewed items have a 90 day replacement or refund if your not satisfied. First I was told that it would be replaced with another iPad exactly the same and I could just dispose of the bad iPad then I was told no I would need to send back the iPad and could only receive a refund !!??? I asked about the 90 day replacement or refund but was told that refund was the only option because that’s what the computer said !!!!???? I expressed concern that my money would be tied up for days or even weeks while the iPad was being sent back but the Amazon representative told me not to worry that he was having ups come to my house to pick up the iPad the next day and as soon as ups picked up I would be refunded within 2 hours and then would just be waiting on my bank to credit my account. This was not the correct information at all. The ups driver showed up the next day but could not take the iPad because the box was not taped up so he said he would come back the next day, later that day another ups driver showed up once again to pick up a Amazon return that I assume was the iPad but he didn’t know what the exact item was he was picking up, I told him a different driver was already there and was coming back the next day so I didn’t know why he was there. The next day the first driver came back to pick up the iPad to return, I had the box ready for him this time. To my surprise he said he had tickets for my address to pick up 3 different returns !!!! I told him I only had the iPad to return and had no idea why there were 3 different returns. The driver took my package and I was now waiting for the 2 hours to pass to get my refund well I waited overnight and still nothing so I called amazon to check on the refund and was told that they showed that ups did not yet have my package that was being returned!!!! And even if ups did have it the refund would not be processed until the iPad was received back at Amazon !!!!! While on the phone a third UPS driver shows up saying they are there for a Amazon return!!!! At this point I had no idea what was going on and Amazon was telling me that ups did not yet have the return and also did not know why the rep said the refund would be issued when the item was picked up by ups or why three different ups drivers came to my house. Well fast forward a week and I received an email from Amazon telling me the ipad that was returned was not the same ipad !!!!!!!?????? They said I would not be getting a refund and that they are the only dept that can handle this type of situation. So I’m still without an ipad and I don’t think I will be receiving a refund. I will never buy a Amazon Renewed item again after this awful experience.
