These includes 168 color Art Markers Set. They are 48 Pastel Colors + 120 Colors.

Does this set include all the colors from the skin tone set as well?

Only six of the skin tone set are in this set.

Does this include all the colors in the skin tone set?

This set include Original 120 color + 48 color light color series.

Can I buy just one color? If not, how are we suppose to replace a marker?

I read that if you contact them they will send you a new marker. I haven't tried to do that yet.
