It's a $4 basic oxygen mask. Not a lot to say about it really. It does it's job. No chemical/plastic smell that I could detect. The fit is okay. I have a large head, so sometime that's a problem for me. The elastic strap seem a little weak, but in my case, I hold it anyway. The elastic straps will pull through the little hole, but can be knotted or clipped to hold better. I normally use a cannula because I need a little extra oxygen, but it irritates my nostrils after a while, so I got this mask to use over my mouth and nose after exertion when I need to breathe in as much as possible without irritating my nostrils. For that,it works, but comes with the restrictions of a mask. While the bottom looks "open", in fact it does seal around my chin so it limits room air you can take in, so I have to increase my oxygen level some. Works on my home pump, but not so well on a portable that's limited to 3.5 ltrs. This is not a fault of the mask, but an experience I share so I don't deduct for it. It has vents on each side to exhale and you will draw in some air, but overall, it feels a little restrictive compared to the cannula. And it will fog glasses if you're wearing them. But, for 4 bucks, it's worth having as an option. If you're already using a mask, then you would be aware of those issues. They come in nice little zippered pouch and then sealed in individual bags. They are not really "formed" like hospital masks, but folded flat (out of necessity) and then flexible to fit your face. Hose is about 7' long. They serve their purpose, but for me are not a replacement for my nostril irritating cannulas.
