This is one of the best products I have ever purchased from Amazon. I am 100% satisfied with everything about it. It works very well. it is a fun and easy to use. Simple to adjust the weight resistance and the resistance has a wide range of choices. The foam is very comfortable on my hands and arms. Solid, sturdy construction makes me feel confident when using. I definitely recommend it as a way to stay toned and active for anyone wanting to start something new. My results were almost instant. At 30 lbs. of resistance. Can be used sitting in place or standing.

Honestly I like this product very much. This Twister Arm Trainer (30–120 lbs) is a handheld and versatile upper body strength-building fitness equipment. Works great

I'd like to do an update having had this for a few days now, I have many senior citizen friends that would love to use one of these but even 30 lbs is too much for them so please make new middle pieces that start out at 10 lbs and goes to 20 lbs... Please consider making the inside spring pieces 10 to 20 lb for all of the senior men and women and for even Junior and high School... There's a great need for this 10 to 20 to 30 lb springs to be made ASAP. Thanks for listening and I hope you work something out to make that happen Tim... There's a lot of money to be made in this 10 to 30 lb springs area. Okay contact me as soon as you have them made my wife would like to use what I'm using but the 30 to 60 lb is just too much for her... Got a nice little greeting card from Tim and made the deal real sweet. I would buy these for gifts for others around a Christmas time or any birthday. Easy to put together and it's unlike any of the other things that I had in the past padded well no sharp edges it's a keeper for probably many years. Already had two workouts today with it easy to use and fun and I can already feel the firmness in my arms chest back & shoulders. I don't recommend something unless I think it's a real good deal this is a good deal... The Price is Right looks great feels good in your hands gives you a good workout. I was not paid or given this device for free at all I'm just giving my opinion of a very good piece of workout equipment that will last for a long time lightweight very strong easy to take with you and your luggage for vacation workouts. It's a must have for any bug out bag to stay in shape.

This arm trainer has made my arms and my legs so sore so fast. The trainer comes with two different springs that offer different resistance amounts, such as 30, 60, 90 or 120 lbs. I haven’t even attempted the 120, but the 30 was great to work my arms and my legs. It even came with like a small poster with exercises with pictures to show you the different ways that you can use the trainer. My mom actually saw it sitting in my kitchen when she came to visit and picked it up and didn’t put it down for 10 minutes while she tried it out. She loved it so much she bought herself one to use! Its super easy to connect/disconnect the resistance springs and super easy to store. I would say this is totally worth the money!

Seems to be good quality. I can use this to exercise specific muscles that need it. It doesn't take up any space. There seems to be myriad ways to use it and they give you a cheat sheet to see how for specific muscles. The one I bought has two sets of springs... one stiffer than the other. So I shouldn't outgrow it.

This is an excellent tool for tightening your upper body muscles.

Excellent exerciser. Its easy to assemble and comfortable to use. For beginners, the 30 lb setting gets you going there is and 60 lbs setting on the same spring. The second set of springs are more challenging but nice to have when you get to that level. Build quality seems good and it came with a training poster and thank you letter from company explaining warranty and ensuring 100% satisfaction. Nice touch!
