Fresh and full of flavour. They are quite expensive but well worth it and are highly nutritious. They are an excellent source of vital fats and omega 3 ALA. As a heart patient I have them every day, regardless of the cost . They have brought down my cholesterol levels.

The nuts appeared to be past it's expiry date with oil smell.

The nuts received were fresh and tasty. I use it for keto diet. These are high on fat and ultra low on carbs - perfect for keto diet plan. This pack should last you 3-4 weeks minimum when used with other nuts on keto diet. Hope this helps. Good luck !
