Good product and it makes delicious bread

This is the only rye flour I can find at a reasonable price and excellent quality. I will order this often! I can only get it from Amazon; I have to order frequently.

Very tasty, but a little pricy. However, this makes for some great rye sourdough bread.

I'm a home baker, not a professional, but I bake a LOT. Rye is a favorite flour with its interesting flavors, but here in Alaska, it can be a challenge to find and it's always expensive. This pack solved the problem: I've got rye for a bit of flavor or for most of the flour. Works well with either commercial yeast or sourdough.

Quality flour and well packaged. I use this to boost my sourdough starter when I've had it resting for a time in the fridge.
