GreetingsI bought this electric starter for my husband in May 2019 and he went to use it yesterday and it didn't work. He said he could hear the motor but the heating element must of burned up. Can you send a replacement for this? I feel it shouldn't of broken already. Thank you Amy

Works Great. Was a much cheaper replacement for my big green egg lighter. I wish it had the functionality to just blow air with out the heat on as well.

I love my Green Egg but starting it was a hassle. I purchased this starter and it makes lighting the grill fast and easy. I love it. two minutes with charcoal chimney or starter blocks and you are up and cooking.

Went through 2 of these in less than two weeks, both quit working. No doubt the worst item I've ever bough on amazon.

Bought this Sept 2019. used this 5 times and now it does not work. How can I get a replacement? When in use it is great, but disappointed that it has a short lifespan. Please help!
