Love love love this! A must have for any Rumi fan & student!! I like how the cards have different categories and are color coded on one side. I also really like the simple meditative artwork and design. Holding true to Rumi's Sufi-Islam inspiration while also being universally appealing. The books also have just the right amount of detail, but is by no means a history of Rumi. I would like to be helpful to prospective buyers & note that the cards are a bit thinner than expected, the box is also made out of paper, not very hard or heavily laminated... so don't ever think these will survive a liquid spill! :D

This is a great book on some of the pithy teachings of Rumi. If you are looking for a story of his life this is not the book for you.The content is well organized and the card set that is with it is similar to Tarot ( I am not sure how Sufis' would justify that) but for what it is I would highly recommend it.It is basically a one a day reading type of thing. IE- pick a card and read it for that day. It also offers some card patterns for an overall psychic divination readings.

Great deck, except one card is missing...

I bought this as a gift for my partner and he loved it. I only wish that the cards were numbered to corresponding pages in the book for easier referencing.

No card or cards came with this even though it says card and book.

Awfully disappointing. The book arrived without the deck of cards. I bought this as a farewell gift to a friend, and then this arrived with the key element missing. Screwed up the party. Crap.

I keep the cards by my bedside but I'm not reading or meditating on them as much as I'd hope.Sometimes they do bring me comfort.The book provides a nice introduction to Rumi

If you enjoy Rumi, you will enjoy these Rumi cards....beautifully done and a tribute to Rumi.There are many ways to use these cards -- just use your imagination. May this man beblessed for his work.

It is quite amazing how profound these quotes from Rumi are and often very pertinent for the moment if you are serious when you ask the life questions. They are to be treated with reverence and respect, not for fortune telling but to seek serious spiritual guidance. Rumi is an amazing poet with great love and wisdom and his quotes have been well chosen by the authors with wise interpretations but seek your own too because the spirit speaks to us all.

What a piece of art. I love reading it holding it and showing it off.
