I have been an elder scrolls fan since Morrowind. I had played the first two back in the day but they were too similar to other PC d&d games with a doom style pov. I was too busy with ultima and wing commander still.Morrowind blew my mind. A handful of people at a nearly bankrupt Bethesda created a huge beautiful game. At the time it was amazing, glitchy, but amazing. They put it on the original Xbox and it looked as good as PC! My wife didn't understand the obsession... She liked Fable. Oblivion appeared and I was blown away again. My wife didn't care, she was playing Fable 2. The second day after Skyrim dropped my wife created a character... There was no new Fable apparently! Soon my copy of Skyrim became her copy of Skyrim and a fan girl was born! Once we got an Xbox one, she eagerly awaited the arrival of Elder Scrolls Online. Now she sleeps less, talks less, and all her free time is consumed with her ESO sessions. I have created a monster! Now we need a second Xbox one so I can play once in a while. But is the game that good? Yes. Even just watching, since that all I can do most of the time, the plot is solid, the graphics are beautiful and the multiplayer is seamless with little or no lag. Neverwinter, being a totally free game is a great alternative, but does suffer from some slowdown and lag, as well as some very dull voice acting. As my wife plays both, you can easily see the differences between a $60 game and a free to play. Everything in ESO is just so much more polished and refined. Both have great mmorpg gameplay, but ESO looks and feels like you spent money on it. And you will spend money in micro transactions! Some things you get for buying crowns are irresistible. I recommend buying a premium edition over the bone stock version as the goodies are cheaper in the premium editions.

This works just as it is supposed to. The code comes quickly and the crowns pop up almost immediately. I would give it 5 stars but I would not need to use it at all if they would make ESO plus codes for Xbox One. That is a big thing to not be available.

Purchased this for my grand daughter. She likes it and plays it all the time.
