This is the second pair I have purchased in as many days they are fantastic, so comfortable and so warm, I've had other insoles before claiming to do the same thing bit these ones are definitely the best, i will be ordering more. If you are looking for warm insoles then pick these every time you will not regret it, well worth the money.

They are lovely and warm and can be trimmed to length but they could be wider. My feet keep slipping off one side or the other as I walk leading to one toe and one side of my foot feeling relatively cold quite a lot of the time. Given they are trimmable in length they ought to be trimmable in width too.

I have bought several pairs of Kaps insoles. In my experience hey are by far the most effective thermal insoles. Easy to cut and fit, stay in place well. Good value for money IMO.

Keeps feet warm but don't last long

Useless! A thin insulated layer attached to foil.

First the good: they do make a significant, noticeable difference to the warmth of your feet. To that extent, I was very pleased.Second the not so good.Within days, the foil covering begins to wear off the ball and heels of your feet, rendering them less effective (as a much smaller area of your foot is insulated).Also within days, the foil film starts to detach from the main insole, becoming rucked and creased.And within a few more days, the insole itself starts to deteriorate around the fringes. They are not at all hardwearing.Great shame as, while in good condition, they really work.My solution has been to take some ordinary comfort insoles and glue heavy duty aluminium foil to them. Same effect, less cost. Will report back on longevity!

Pretty good product. Does exactly as described. It's easy to cut and fit and I've noticed already that my feet feel warmer (but not over heated).

I bought 2 pair one for my shoes and one for my boots. Keep my feet really warm. Unfortunately the thermal pads slip out of my shoes. It might well be the shoes I am wearing which are not compatible with the product.

Wirklich gut und sie lösen sich auch nach Dauerbelastung ( 18 Stunden ) nicht auf.

I wore these in my steel toe boots while working outside on concrete. Kept bottom of my feet warm and helped tremendously! Steel toes suck in winter, but I could definitely feel a difference. Had to remove when outside temp was warmer, feet got too warm!! Silver side down and comfy felt liner.
