Not as good as other brands.

I have a thyroid problem and my doctor said to eat two a day! Previously, I tried the ones without salt and YUCK! I know those are better for you, but just the slight taste of salt made the nut taste much better! No shells for this brand, whole size, good flavor! And no, I don't know if they are helping yet, but at least it's a good healthy snack!
